New Client Services Representative

Dental ClaimSupport is looking for a Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our sales team. This REMOTE position is ideal for someone who has had 2+ years experience as treatment coordinator and/or office manager. MUST have dental experience and excellent case presentation skills! Our CSRs research prospective customers from our marketing database, create outreach strategies, and connect with prospective customers in an effort to turn them into qualified sales opportunities.

In this role, you will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers and use your business acumen to identify how Dental ClaimSupport’s services could help a business grow. Successfully positioning Dental ClaimSupport’s value proposition amongst the HubSpot partner community is a must.

How the Client Services Rep fits in:

You will be part of a growing Sales and Marketing team that includes a Content Team: a Content Manager, a Digital Marketer, a Videographer, and Subject Matter Experts that will all work together to increase keywords and marketing efficiencies.
You will work closely with the content manager to executive projects from concept through completion.

Salary Range:

$45,000-50,000 plus bonuses and benefits after 90 days of employment

In this role, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing Teams to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
  • Conduct high volume prospecting (50+ activities per day) to qualify inbound leads through calls, video, and emails.
  • Meet with inbound leads via Zoom
  • Sign and onboard new clients
  • Utilize the Hubspot CRM

  • Acquire customer feedback and testimonials/case studies
  • Use Hubspot and its capabilities as a CRM
  • Efficient with Zoom video calls


  • High energy and a contagious positive attitude.
  • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, marketing technology, and how a business can grow through digital channels.
  • The ability to deal with and thrive on objections, rejections, and challenging prospects on a daily basis.
  • A love for HubSpot or other marketing technology is a plus.
